-8, 4 hour, home visits. Which includes mental health support, basic household chores, help with navigating postpartum for parents, and more!

-24/7 phone call support within your 8 weeks.

-2 extra video call after the 8 weeks up for a follow-up appointment

Everything included:

  • Physical and emotional postpartum recovery

  • Infant feeding support(latching, pumping, paced bottle feeding)

  • Soothing techniques, newborn care and safety.

  • Meal prepping, laundry, nursery tidying, and light house work.

  • Sibling support to help the entire family, not just parents, adjust to the new family member.

  • Guidance on newborn cues ( feeding, discomfort, sleep, etc.)

  • A welcome packet the includes everything you could possibly need, it’s written out if I'm not there!
