This is perfect if you just need a little extra support, but don't need the larger packages! You get the same support, knowledge and experience but it’s shoved in the 3 week period. At the end of this package, you can always add a week if you feel you need it!

-One prenatal support visit to go over your needs and what you want out of your visit

-3, 4 hour, home visits. Which includes mental health support, basic household chores, help with navigating postpartum for parents, and more!

-24/7 phone call support.

-1 extra video call after the 3 weeks up for a follow-up appointment.

  • Physical and emotional postpartum recovery

  • Infant feeding support(latching, pumping, paced bottle feeding)

  • Soothing techniques, newborn care and safety.

  • Meal prepping, laundry, nursery tidying, and light house work.

  • Sibling support to help the entire family, not just parents, adjust to the new family member.

  • Guidance on newborn cues ( feeding, discomfort, sleep, etc.)

  • A welcome packet the includes everything you could possibly need, it’s written out if I'm not there!
